Quezrionwhchun provides custom tailoring, alterations, and repair services. Our work is performed based on consultation, measurements, and agreed specifications.
2. Custom Sewing Projects
2.1 Fitting Process
Custom garments include fittings during construction to ensure proper fit. Adjustments are made before final completion. Final fitting confirms satisfaction before delivery.
2.2 Post-Delivery Adjustments
If adjustments are needed after delivery due to our error, we will address them within 30 days of delivery. Minor adjustments may be possible for a reasonable fee.
2.3 Returns
Custom-made garments are created specifically for you and cannot be returned. However, we work to ensure satisfaction through the fitting process.
3. Alterations and Repairs
3.1 Work Assessment
Before beginning alterations or repairs, we assess garments and discuss desired outcomes. Limitations are communicated clearly.
3.2 Satisfaction
If you are not satisfied with completed alterations or repairs due to our error, we will address concerns and make corrections as appropriate.

5. Quality Guarantee
We guarantee our workmanship. If work does not meet agreed specifications due to our error, we will correct it at no additional charge.
6. Refund Policy

Refunds for custom projects are considered on a case-by-case basis. Once work has begun, refunds may be partial based on work completed.
6.2 Alterations and Repairs
If work cannot be completed as agreed, we will discuss options including partial refunds or alternative solutions.

7. Garment Care After Delivery
We provide care instructions for completed work. Proper care extends garment lifespan. We are not responsible for damage resulting from improper care after delivery.
8. Disputes
If you have concerns about completed work, contact us promptly. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and professionally.
9. Time Limits
Requests for adjustments or corrections should be made within 30 days of delivery. After this period, work may be subject to standard service fees.
10. Exclusions
This policy does not cover:
- Damage from improper care after delivery
- Changes in preferences after work completion
- Pre-existing damage not disclosed during assessment
- Wear and tear from normal use
